Most of us agree that justice is one of the vital components of civilized society; an important pillar that holds the structure of our society to ensure law & order, respect & tolerance among the citizens however going to court for getting justice has been the least preferred options here in our society. And specially if you are a woman (more precisely, a working woman) it just turned as a taboo. Since when a woman stepped in the dignified court building, she can easily fetch the guilt inside her when the people out there would starring at her, buzzing around while associating her with worst possible crimes which may bring her here. Being afraid of this attitude, women often opt to compromise with injustice instead of standing in the corridors of court just because they cannot withstand that guilt. Recently, I was also dangling between the decision as either to raise voice against the injustice or to keep tolerating unrighteousness only because I’m a good woman and supposed to stay away from court kachari. The matter was of harassment and defamation from my ex-employer just as a result of their agony as I refused working more in their company. Just to ruin my prestige and to destroy professional career for satisfying their egos, I was trapped in criminal litigation with baseless financial charges. That was nightmare for me, as every moment passed with unknown fear of my fate. I forced to give up my career and could not even earn to manage my kids. At that moment, I had to opt among the two extremes; either to apologize the powerful company management while accepting all their charges or to go to the court and pray for justice. At that phase, I met various lawyer but most of them suggested that the opponents are much resourceful and can hire the most influential and expensive lawyers to deal with me, whereas I would not able to afford any expensive law-house to compete with them on same level so I should seek the mercy from my ex-employer instead of going to court. Thankfully to my fate, I met Mr. Hyder Bux Shar when my helplessness made me cry in front of him but he lifted my moral and guided in such a way that even after our first meeting, I felt a blaze of hope. With his expertise in criminal as well as corporate laws, the pathway he drafted was flawless and the execution throughout was just brilliant that in couple of months, the case concluded in my favor and resourceful opponent left no choice but to take back all their baseless allegations unconditionally. The confidence and wisdom of Mr. Shar help me attaining back my prestige and peace. Far beyond than just a conventional lawyer, Mr. Shar supported me as a mentor and counselor while listening me, guiding me and raised up my shaken self-trust to a level that now I’m continuing my career with more confidence and able to manage workplace distractions and distresses adequately. For all the flag-holders of women empowerment just delivering speeches in multi-starred conference halls, people like Mr. Hyder Bux Shar are the true warriors who are fighting for human rights and contributing their justified efforts for women empowerment practically. Sincere acclamations to Mr. Hyder Bux Shar…
